Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Many of our sparkly items are made to order and so we ask that you are certain of your order before placing it. Although we are unable to offer a refund on bespoke items such as the Bespoke Wedding Wands, if you are not entirely happy with your order we will be happy to exchange or refund it if it is returned to us in the original packaging and in a resalable condition within 14 days.
For faulty or incorrect items SparkleChild will pay the return postage costs. Where items are unwanted postage is payable by the customer.
